That’s my New Year Resolution in place! And I invite you to join me. So often we start the new year with good intentions to get healthy and fit, taking care of ourselves emotionally and physically. But more often than not, by the end of January, the novelty has worn off.

Feeling good doesn’t have to be all about denying yourself; there are many ways to feel amazing! Google defines ‘wellbeing’ as ‘the state of being comfortable, healthy or happy’. Yes please!

There is growing evidence indicating the effects that friendships, creativity and learning have on our health and wellbeing, in addition to the usual good ‘stuff’ that we do to feel good. So it’s the perfect excuse (who needs an excuse) to get together with your girls and do something different.

With that in mind, I’d like your input please. I have a few ideas that I’d like to share with you. Please let me know if you would like me to run any of the following…

No Boys Beer Clubbeer & chocolate tasting for women. This event has been run before with great success. Banish all those old, stale ideas you have about beer and visualise something COMPLETELY new! Think pink beer served in champagne flutes… I’m serious!

Define Your Style for 2017‘ a 1-hour styling session with mini massage treatments, where you are invited to bring along one item of your own clothing for tips and advice on how to wear it well! Mini (hands/face/head) massages whilst you wait/watch/listen. You’ll also receive a glass of prosecco and cake!

‘Chicks at the Flicks’ an afternoon of cinema, where YOU choose the movies, in a small but perfectly formed local cinema! Get glammed up like the moviestars, eat popcorn and drink cocktails!
